The HIE network has decided to publish a simple narrative account of its activities in 2006-07 in advance of publishing its formal annual report and accounts. The report is perhaps a more readable account of what has happened over the preceding year. It takes the form of a series of short narratives about a range of topics from across the region. The story for Caithness and Sutherland is entitled 'Regeneration for the north'
