Phil Anderson Financial Services joins national award scheme recognising the best independent mortgage brokers in the UK.

Phil Anderson Financial Services, the Caithness based financial advisers has entered the Best Independent Mortgage Broker category in The ESTAS, the largest award scheme in the UK residential property market. The ESTAS recognises the best estate, letting agents and now the best independent mortgage brokers based purely on ratings from homebuyers and sellers around the UK.

Local adviser Richard Bain said "I take my levels of customer service very seriously because I know clients have a choice. I have always been very proud of the personal service we provide and this is great way to demonstrate that fact and at the same time get some valuable feedback from our clients so we can further improve the service provided."

There are two categories open to brokers, Best Independent Mortgage Broker by region as well Best National Broker Firm. The winners will be announced at the 12th annual ESTAS ceremony on Friday 17th April 2015 at the Hilton Park Lane. The awards will once again be hosted by TV property expert Phil Spencer. Phil said “I think it says a great deal about an individual or company whose prepared to stand up and announce to customers and competitors that they believe in providing the best possible service and they're happy to prove it.
